Yelena Trifounovitch, Partner, is a member of the Competition team.

She has significant experience in French and European competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, State aid) with an advisory and litigation practice before French and European competition authorities and courts.

She has also developed specific expertise in the areas of public economic law and regulated sectors and in particular in electronic communications, audiovisual media services, television broadcasting services, airport management and energy sectors.
