Career

Bruno Robin is a former Manager and General Counsel of a leading IT manufacturer. Since 1992, he advises SME managers in implementing dynamic and innovative legal strategies, including litigation strategies. He deals specifically with all matters relating to acquisitions and restructuring.

One of the pioneers of trust law in France, Bruno Robin has conducted some of the most emblematic transactions in this area, especially in the context of bankruptcy proceedings or prevention of financial difficulties.

He counts among the few French lawyers regularly mandated as a trustee in different contexts, in boni as well as in bankruptcy.

The combination of these new and innovative skills with his great experience in bankruptcy law makes him a recognized specialist in this area.

Also, Bruno Robin was consulted by the Commission of Laws of the French Assembly as an expert in corporate governance matters.

He covers a wide range of sectors and his expertise is widely recognized in the area mutual insurance law.
