Martin P. Werner graduated in law with specialization in business law from the University of Zurich after completing his musical studies (piano soloist class Prof. Homero Francesch). Subsequently, he worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Commercial and Business Law of Prof. Dr. Peter Georg Picht at the University of Zurich. Martin works as a Junior Associate at Bär & Karrer and is currently preparing for the bar exam.
In addition to his professional activities, Martin is active on a voluntary basis as a member of the board of trustees of a charitable foundation. Since 2020, he is also a member of the Center for Intellectual Property and Competition Law at the University of Zurich (CIPCO), where he conducts research on current issues related to digitization.
