Career
Nigel Hoyle qualified in 1982 and joined Blacks Solicitors in 2012 where he is currently a Partner and Head of the Corporate team.
Nigel primarily acts for Owner Managed Businesses (OMBs) on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions and aims to help solve, rather than simply identify, problems for clients.
He consistently brings his wealth of experience to play in dealing with corporate acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, funding, and shareholder arrangements, as well as business to business matters for privately owned organisations.
Nigel is particularly experienced advising clients in the Food and Drink Manufacturing sector and Insurance Brokers. He recently led the team at Blacks on the sale of Harrogate Spring Water to Danone.
