Kowit is a core member of the Capital Markets Practice Group, advising on equity and debt offerings, banking, and M&A. He represents financial institutions and corporations in domestic and international transactions as well as regulatory compliance. Kowit has led groundbreaking sustainable finance deals, such as Thailand’s first sustainability-linked, zero-coupon bonds, and guided FWD Group’s Hong Kong listing. He also advised on a major private equity exit in the beauty sector. Actively engaged in Thai SEC public hearings, Kowit fosters strong ties with the Stock Exchange of Thailand and is recognized as a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional and “SET ESG Specialist” under the ESG Experts Pool program.
