Benja Supannakul heads the Firm’s Financial Services Regulatory (FSR) and Private Wealth Management practices and serves as lead partner for structured finance and derivatives. She is a member of the Firm’s Global FSR Committee and regularly works with the Thai Bankers Association (TBA), the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and the Association of Thai Securities Companies (ASCO). She also acts as local counsel to ISDA and provides ISDA‑related advice to Thai clients.

Her practice centers on advising domestic and international corporate and financial sector clients on a broad spectrum of banking, finance, and securities law matters, with a particular focus on regulatory issues. Her widely recognised expertise encompasses financial regulation, fintech (particularly capital markets‑related products), derivatives, structured finance, debt capital markets, fund management, private wealth management, and bankruptcy.
