Chen, a former judge, has broad experience, including in corporate governance, commercial arbitration, hostile takeovers, and breach of securities cases. Lo specialises in disputes arising from the Taiwan Securities Exchange Act. Co-lead Po-Chien Chen is based in Shanghai, and handles intellectual property and commercial disputes, as well as administrative litigation proceedings, for clients ranging from local entrepreneurs to global conglomerates.
