Partner. Daniel Haeberli is a partner in Homburger’s Banking & Finance as well as Capital Markets teams and he is the co-head of Homburger’s TechGroup. His main focus is advising on complex financing structures, restructurings and special situations. Daniel acts as advisor to lenders, borrowers and sponsors on high profile financing transactions. His practice includes syndicated debt financing, acquisition and leveraged financing as well as bond offerings. Daniel also advises financial institutions on structuring, documentation and distribution of retail investment products.
