Partner. Stefan Kramer heads Homburger’s Financial Services team. He regularly advises on asset based financings (covered bonds and securitizations), banking regulation (including regulatory capital transactions), payment regulations and financial market infrastructures. He is also a co-head of the firm’s Restructuring and Special Situations group.

Qualified in 2007, registered in the Bar Register of the Canton of Zurich. Joined Homburger in 2007, Partner since 2016.

Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations, International Bar Association (Legal Practice Division Section: Insolvency).

Graduated as Dr. iur. from the University of Zurich in 2005 and received a Masters Degree (LL.M., International Finance Concentration) from Harvard Law School in 2010.
