Homburger’s restructuring and insolvency team has extensive experience in a broad range of issues, including both in and out of court restructurings, liability management transactions, refinancings and insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, often with a cross-border element. Stefan Kramer leads the team and provides advice on in and out of court restructurings, as well as cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. Co-head Miguel Sogo oversees bankruptcy matters, debt enforcement and compositions proceedings, in addition to restructurings and corporate recovery matters. Stefan Bindschedler was promoted to partner in January 2025 and is recommended for out of court restructurings and recovery procedures.
