Led by Stefan Widmark, the intellectual property and media team at Westerberg & Partners handles a range of work for clients, including disputes regarding patent infringement, copyright infringement and trade secrets, as well as non-contentious trade mark portfolio management. Widmark has strong IP skills, focusing on copyright and trade mark matters. Another leading figure in the team is Henrik Wistam, who has extensive experience and regularly litigates before national courts, the Swedish Intellectual Property Office, and EUIPO courts. Ludvig Holm heads the firm’s patent department, and Helena Wassén Öström leads the trade mark and design prosecution practice.
