Milagros Caballero is a Partner and works in the Labor Law Department of the firm.

Ms. Caballero concentrates her practice assisting multinational companies and corporations from several industries with the process of establishing its regional headquarters in Panama.

She is also involved in the pro bono activities of the firm regularly assisting to Legal Open Houses organized by the firm. Furthermore, Ms. Caballero is a Labor Law professor in the Superior Tagua Institute, a non-profit that promotes educational projects for low-income Panamanian women.

Ms. Caballero completed her LL.B. at the University of Panama, as well as her Master’s Degree, which emphasizes in Procedural Law. She also has a certificate, issued by the Ministry of Government and Justice, on Mediation.

Ms. Caballero is a member of the Panamanian Academy of Labor Law and the American Association of Labor Law.

Milagros Caballero is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
