Work highlights

Represented a father at trial, and subsequent retrial, successfully securing the return of his children to the UAE, after lengthy proceedings involving allegations of domestic abuse and welfare concerns. The case considered the interplay of 12 J and the treatment of domestic abuse at the Court of Appeal in applications for summary return.
