I have worked as an employment lawyer for over 20 years. Having completed my training contract at the firm, I am a Lewis Silkinite through and through. I am the Co-Head of our London Employment team and the firm's Training Principal.

I advise on all aspects of employment law from hiring, firing and everything in between. I have particular expertise in complex and high-value discrimination and whistleblowing claims, partnership disputes and sensitive investigations. I am recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers for my work.

My clients are in a broad range of sectors, but particularly those in financial and professional services, sport and advertising.
