Position

I am proud to lead our firm with Jo Farmer, and to manage our award-winning and market leading team of over 200 employment, immigration and reward professionals.

I enjoy advising clients on the full range of employment issues, including disputes of all kinds (from Tribunal claims to High Court injunctions and everything in between). I carry out sensitive investigations for a wide range of clients, and advise on workplace culture. I am a CEDR-accredited mediator, and mediate a wide range of workplace disputes, as well as acting for clients in significant mediations. I advise Boards on senior executive hiring, performance issues and exits. I have particular experience in professional services, financial services and media, and also advise senior executives.

Trained Pinsents; qualified 2001; associate Lewis Silkin LLP 2001-09; partner Lewis Silkin 2009 to date.
