It has led the field in 4G and 5G toll-road financings and refinancings in Colombia. The return of Gianluca Bacchiocchi to the New York office from Latham & Watkins LLP in March 2025 is a major boost; Bacchiocchi has a major focus on the Latin America energy and infrastructure sectors, bringing decades of experience in project finance, acquisition finance and hybrid financing structures.
