Gianluca Bacchiocchi is a partner in the Global Financial Markets team with a focus in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Gianluca has significant experience financing energy and infrastructure projects in the United States and internationally on behalf of developers, financial sponsors, issuers, banks, initial purchasers and placement agents in the capital markets, the bank lending market, private capital financings, and hybrid transactions. He has financed everything from data centers to renewable and traditional power, metro lines, roads, hospitals, ports, airports, bridges, water transportation, water desalination, parking and FPSOs. Gianluca has been involved in some of the most innovative, award-winning financings and advises clients in structured and hybrid capital financing transactions.
