
Walkers assists clients with the establishment of Jersey-based investment structures, while also helping managers and sponsors based elsewhere with the regulations governing the marketing of their products in Jersey. Leading the team is Jonathan Heaney, managing partner of the firm’s Jersey office and a specialist in the setup of a variety of fund structures. Dilmun Leach advises asset managers on the launching and restructuring of funds, with supplementary expertise in private equity and commercial transactions. Christopher Reed departed the firm in January 2025, while in July Maples Group‘s Simon Hopwood joined the group, bringing additional fund structuring expertise across the private equity, credit and VC spaces, among others.
