Career
He is a transactional lawyer who focuses on cross-border M&A deals and renewable energy, with a high knowledge and experience base in solar industry and real estate projects. He has significant experience advising investors, developers, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors and financial institutions on regulatory aspects inherent to renewable energy projects, and he addresses regulatory risks through contractual structures and drafting.
He also supports clients in the drafting and negotiation of real estate contracts and in secondary market M&A transactions.
