Mileto Mario Giuliani is a partner in Dentons' Rome and Milan offices and a member of the Project, Energy and Infrastructure business unit in Italy.

Mileto regularly assists international and Italian clients operating in the energy and infrastructure sectors in relation to project development, construction, financing and M&A transactions.

Mileto has developed a deep experience on authorization procedures, regulatory issues, energy tariffs, real estate and corporate matters related to the renewable assets (wind, solar, photovoltaic, geothermal and hydrogen) and conventional Energy sources sector. Mileto provides legal assistance on proceedings in front of regional administrative courts for litigations in the Energy sector (gas trading and storage, electric sector, renewables, permits for the research and cultivation of hydrocarbons and mining concessions). He gained experience also in other deeply regulated sectors like aviation and food.
