Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM)

The energy team at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) is at the centre of a considerable portion of the activity in both the traditional and renewable energy markets. The management of complex cross-border financing and high-value domestic projects falls well within the group’s purview; the team serves as legal advisors for Israel’s Tamar and Shimshon natural gas fields and assists lenders, sponsors, operators and producers involved in a variety of major alternative energy projects. Co-leading the team is ‘one of a kind’ finance veteran Amnon Epstein, who leads the team’s renewables work, and oil and gas heavyweight Asaf Rimon, who is noted for his strong commercial outlook. The practice also includes the much-recommended Chen Weiss and renewables-focused Nir Shaked.
