Asaf is co-head of ERM’s Energy & Infrastructure practice and a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department. He advises on complex energy and infrastructure matters, with particular expertise in oil & gas, alongside substantial experience in renewable energy and public tenders.

Asaf is among the few lawyers in Israel with significant international experience in the oil & gas sector. His practice includes advising on upstream and midstream transactions, asset acquisitions and disposals, joint operating agreements, farm-in arrangements, unitisation, concessions, production sharing contracts, drilling agreements and related financing and corporate matters.

He also advises clients on renewable energy projects, joint ventures and infrastructure tenders, acting for sponsors, developers, financiers and public bodies in Israel and internationally. His experience spans both the commercial and transactional aspects of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
