Career

Amnon is a co-founding partner of ERM and co-head of the firm’s Banking & Finance and Energy & Infrastructure Departments. He advises on complex financing, energy and infrastructure matters, and is particularly experienced in large-scale domestic and cross-border transactions and projects.

Amnon represents banks, financial institutions, sponsors, developers, contractors, public entities and corporates on syndicated lending, acquisition finance, project finance, leveraged finance, derivatives, securitisations and other sophisticated financing transactions. His energy and infrastructure practice spans renewable and conventional power, transportation, water, natural gas, waste and communications projects, including PPP, PFI, BOT and other complex structures.

In addition, Amnon advises on strategic litigation and international arbitration matters connected to banking, energy and infrastructure projects, particularly where financing, regulatory and commercial issues intersect.
