He has worked and advised on different schemes including Affordable Housing, Slum rehabilitation. He has advised clients in self-development projects, redevelopment projects for co-operative housing society, and old and cessed buildings. In the course of his practice, he has advised clients on forest issues, acquisition of agricultural lands, tribal lands, townships, and leasing of properties in industrial estates. He has hands-on experience in procuring permissions and approvals from Government Bodies such as Revenue Departments, Urban Department and Local Corporations.

He has advised and assisted various domestic and international corporations, banks and financial institutions, developers, individuals, investors, funds, etc. on real property ownership, acquisition, sale, conveyance, joint ventures, construction and development, project finance, mortgage, lease, license, tenancy, trusts, gifts, wills, estate management, etc.

He regularly conducts due diligence on titles for financial institutions, Banks, investors, and actual users. He has rich experience in investigating title and ownership of real property and preparing comprehensive due diligence reports and title certificates. His expertise also covers matters such as local land acquisition, agricultural lands, planning and zoning aspects, procurement of relevant building permissions, and advisory assignments in residential/ commercial projects. He also negotiates transactions and assists in the structuring and finalization of transactions.

He specializes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse contracts and documents in relation to the above and focuses on providing strategic and solution-based legal advice and assistance on diverse real estate transactions. His drafting experience in real estate documentation: conveyances, development agreements, template agreements for the sale of flats, condominium documents, mortgages, Commercial leases, etc.
