Heading the practice are Craig Cordle, who specialises in the structuring and operation of public and private funds, and Guernsey managing partner Matt Sanders, whose expertise lies in private funds, covering their establishment, restructuring and subsequent transactions. Chris Hutley-Hurst’s practice spans both fund structuring and regulatory matters, advising on the structuring of private equity and listed funds while also assisting his clients maintain compliance with AML, digital asset and tax regulations. Gareth Morgan joined the group from Collas Crill in July 2025.
