Hogan Lovells International LLP made moves to further its private equity offering in January 2025 with the hire of an eight-lawyer team from Ernst & Young, led by Jan Philipp Feigen and Maximilian Menges. They have moved to the firm’s Hamburg office, while in Frankfurt, Jörg Herwig is a senior contact with extensive experience advising private equity and infrastructure funds. Christoph Naumann is another transactions specialist to note, along with Maximilian Broermann. David Huthmacher left the firm in January 2025 for Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
