Other mainstays of the practice include the advice on medicinal cannabis and product liability as well as the growing support to clients from the digital pharmacy sector in third-party opposition proceedings. Practice head Jens Wagner is experienced in pharmaceutical law, biotechnology and medical devices, where he regularly advises on patent and licensing issues. Matthias Eck retired in 2023.
