Clifford Chance offers clients expertise across the spectrum of their structured finance needs, overseeing the packaging of synthetic security and receivables portfolios, in addition to advising on the launch of security packages for alternative investments, including crypto-based offerings. The group is headed by Oliver Kronat, who specialises in the securitisation of trade, leasing and loan receivables, with additional expertise in the structuring of asset-backed commercial paper programmes. Hannes Deusch provides additional focus on the aforementioned areas, while also assisting insurers and funds on their securities transactions.
