CMS offers banks and companies a broad range of capital market advice, which not only includes classic ECM matters such as capital increases and (planned) IPOs, but also corporate and M&A-related issues. Thus, the group recently handled takeover offers and share acquisitions. Practice head Philipp Melzer has additional experience in the debt capital market arena; expertise that flows into advice on equity-linked instruments among other matters. Other recent instructions concerned compliance with capital market obligations. Former co-head Andreas Zanner left to set up his independent practice in March 2024.
