Laetitia Tombarello, Partner at Bredin Prat, leads the Employment Law team.
She advises French and foreign groups on their restructuring and reorganisation transactions involving high-stakes employment issues.
Her practice also includes advising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions.
She also has expertise in advising companies on issues concerning senior executive appointments and departures, and on CEO and other executive compensation packages, as well as employee profit-sharing schemes.
Laetitia lectures on employment law at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
