Caroline Combes, Counsel at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Employment Law team.

She advises French and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment relations. Her practice focuses in particular on reorganisations, business transfers and restructuring projects, including in the context of insolvency prevention or proceedings.

She also acts on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
