Work highlights
Representing Ahlsell in competition infringement proceedings, where the FCCA had proposed, after a very long investigation, that the Market Court should impose fines totalling EUR 44 million on the companies involved.
Advised Svenska Handelsbanken on all competition law aspects relating to the sale of most of its Finnish operations, a major bundle of transactions in the Finnish banking sector that led to no less than three separate merger control notifications to the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, all of which were cleared.
