Leveraging its strong skill sets in competition and TMT law, Veria Asesores shines in complex regulatory litigation before both the judicial and administrative instances. As a former Director of the Colombian Communications Regulatory Commission, department co-head Pablo Márquez is recognised for his activity in disputes involving heavily regulated industries. The team is additionally co-led by Julio Castañeda, whose practice spans antitrust, litigation and telecoms law; and Camilo Ramírez, who handles dispute resolution, real estate and private client-related work.
