The group is jointly led by Eduardo Lima, whose expertise spans project finance, acquisition finance, out-of-court restructurings, asset-based loans, and trade finance; Luis Montes, who brings experience across corporate, finance, and capital markets matters; and Priscilla Santos, who handles a broad range of financing deals for both borrowers and lenders. Senior associate Ingrid Pistili is skilled in project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated loans, and trade finance, among other sophisticated financing arrangements.
