Her diverse portfolio includes leading negotiations for project financings, acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans, trade financings, supplier financings, and receivables purchases, as well as margin loans, private equity and hedge fund financings. She represents lenders, including financial institutions, multilateral organizations, and private equity firms, as well as borrowers across diverse deal structures.

Her expertise extends to the derivatives market, with a strong background in structuring and negotiating instruments like credit default swaps, total return swaps, credit-linked notes, equity derivatives, interest-rate swaps, commodity swaps, repurchase agreements, FX transactions, and other synthetic products.

Priscilla also has significant experience in banking regulatory matters, with in-depth knowledge of Brazilian banking rules, capital requirements, and licensing for financial institutions, fintech companies, payment service providers, broker-dealers, arrangers, and foreign exchange entities.
