Mitrani Caballero primarily handles creditor claims - such as debt collections, asset seizures and mortgage foreclosures - throughout high-stakes insolvency, bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings. The practice also helps distressed companies maximise their chances of financial recovery by taking preventative actions, such as filing reorganisation and judicial insolvency proceedings. The department is led by corporate and commercial litigator Carlos Trogolo Eliçabe, who excels in out-of-court negotiations, litigation and arbitration.
