Siro Astolfi is a partner in the general corporate and M&A practices at Mitrani Caballero. He specializes in complex corporate matters, competition, and antitrust law, with significant experience in M&A, joint ventures, greenfield investments, capital markets, financial transactions, antitrust, regulatory disputes, and corporate governance, both locally and internationally.

Before joining the firm, Siro served as board member and executive Vice-president of Aerolíneas Argentinas – Austral Líneas Aéreas (2017–2018). He previously led the corporate and M&A practices at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (1993–2016) and was a foreign associate at Brown & Wood LLP, New York (1997). Siro is consistently recognized by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for his expertise in Corporate and M&A.
