Career

She has extensive experience and is highly active in advising banks in connection with their private banking and investment banking businesses, multinational companies and family offices in the creation of investment vehicles, cross-border bank financings, international securities’ transactions and debt restructurings. She also has niche expertise in sensitive regulatory work and complex international banking litigation cases. Cecilia is the client relationship partner for several of the firm’s key clients and leads the teams advising these key clients in multidisciplinary complex matters.

Cecilia graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and holds a Master’s degree from Harvard Law School. After her Master’s she worked at Linklaters in London and in New York 1991 -1994.
