For years, ICPA’s fall event has gone by a lot of names, the ITAR conference, the fall conference, trade week. This year, it’s getting a clean rebrand: the Global Trade Pathways Conference. On a recent Simply Trade Podcast episode, ICPA’s Victoria Schneider, Elisabeth Sherrell, and Lynda Thomas talked about what’s changing.

Victoria Schneider, daughter of Elisabeth Sherrell and granddaughter of ICPA co-founder Anne Lister, now leads the conference full-time. She’s steering the event with support from her mother and the ICPA team.

New Professional Development Track

Led by ICPA co-founder Lynda Thomas, this new track focuses on the soft skills that often hold professionals back leadership, communication, and teamwork through personality assessments, networking tips, and presentation coaching.
