In November 2019, Intuit announced that it will be discontinuing technical support for QuickBooks Desktop 2015 and older versions of its software.

How Does This Impact You?

As of January 14, 2020, if you are operating on QuickBooks Desktop software Version 2015 or older (Windows and Mac), Intuit will no longer offer technical support if an issue arises within your product or data file. ORBA will no longer be able to restore portable, back-up or accountant copies of your files.

If you are currently using third-party applications that integrate with your QuickBooks, it is strongly recommended that you upgrade your Intuit software. This is due to the fact that third-party providers require Intuit's support and development to sustain compatibility with QuickBooks products.
