Sultani Decree No. 20/2016 Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of biometric official passports which comply with the international standards of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
