The Alternative Reference Rates Committee ("ARRC") chose Cadwalader for assistance in implementing revisions to financial contracts in the post-LIBOR world.

"We are honored to have been awarded this significant engagement with enormous global implications," said Cadwalader partner Lary Stromfeld, whose practice focuses on transactions, disputes and advisory matters involving a wide variety of financial products and complex financings. "This engagement will call upon our market-leading practices in securitization, financial regulation and derivatives, as well as our very significant experience in the implementation of Dodd-Frank."

Mr. Stromfeld leads the Cadwalader team, with support from partners David Gingold, Steven Lofchie, Ivan Loncar and Jeff Nagle; special counsel Assia Damianova; and associate Nihal Patel.
