The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission recently released its 2010 Report on Enforcement, which outlines enforcement activities and statistics for the fiscal year, as well as priorities for 2011.

On November 18, 2010, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Office of Enforcement issued the 2010 Report on Enforcement. The annual report provides an overview of enforcement activities during the fiscal year 2010 (FY2010) and statistics on the activities of the three divisions within the Office of Enforcement: Investigations, Audits and Energy Market Oversight. The report provides an interesting and important window into otherwise non-public enforcement activities. It also identifies the priorities for 2011.
