This is the kind of news story I needed to read today. HollyFrontier Cheyenne Refinery Pledges $95,000 to
Boys & Girls Club.
HollyFrontier, one of the largest independent
petroleum refiners in the United States, is headquartered in
Dallas, Texas, but that did not stop its philanthropic efforts in
my home state – Wyoming.
The HollyFrontier Cheyenne refinery has reportedly recently pledged $95,000 to the Boys &
Girls Club of Cheyenne, bringing their 3-year donation
commitment to $285,000. In fact, HollyFrontier is reported to be one of the Boys & Girls
Club of Cheyenne's biggest donors.
Recently recognized as Non-Profit of the Year by The Greater Cheyenne
Chamber of Commerce, the Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne is truly
a worthy cause for HollyFrontier's generosity. The mission of
the Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne is "to
inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us
most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible
and caring
