La Banca d'Italia ha posto in pubblica consultazione la revisione delle disposizioni di vigilanza in materia di operazioni di cartolarizzazione e introduce previsioni in materia di informativa al pubblico in merito alle attività impegnate (Asset Encumbrance). Tali disposizioni sono contenute nella Parte II, Capitoli 6 e 13 rispettivamente della Circolare n. 285 del 17 dicembre 2013, e successivi aggiornamenti. L'aggiornamento allinea le disposizioni nazionali alle novità regolamentari intercorse dopo l'entrata in vigore del Regolamento EU 575/2013 (CRR). Le disposizioni devono essere osservate dalle istituzioni che sono soggette agli obblighi in materia di informativa al pubblico previsti nella parte VIII del CRR.
