In the course of our work for international companies that have currently transfered employees to Hungary, we have noticed that the responsible officials in the authorities are currently checking the signatures of the persons authorized by the companies on the immigration applications more thoroughly.

In the course of our work for international companies that have currently transfered employees to Hungary, we have noticed that the responsible officials in the authorities are currently checking the signatures of the persons authorized by the companies on the immigration applications more thoroughly.

In this context, we would like to draw the attention of applicants to the following points in order to avoid possible delays in processing and correction requests:

If joint representation is required, the documents must be signed by two persons authorized to sign jointly (collective signature)
If the person signing the application is not entered in the commercial register, a legally valid power of attorney must be submitted to the authorities
