Niet tijdige openbaarmaking van voorwetenschap: AFM legt boete van 5 miljoen euro op aan vastgoedonderneming

Rechtspraak over boetes vanwege niet tijdige openbaarmaking van voorwetenschap is relatief zeldzaam.

De voorzieningenrechter van de rechtbank Rotterdam heeft zich nu gebogen over twee bestuurlijke sancties van samen € 5 miljoen. Volgens de AFM liet beursgenoteerde vastgoedonderneming N.V. Bever Holding na belangrijke informatie rond de verkoop van 10 percelen zo snel mogelijk én correct openbaar te maken.
