The revised enforcement policy of the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank, DNB) regarding the timely submission of statistical reporting entered into force on 12 August 2026. The policy clarifies how DNB deals with late submissions and which enforcement measures may follow.

Institutions subject to DNB statistical reporting obligations should review whether their existing governance, controls and escalation procedures adequately support timely filing.
