De Wet aanpassing geschillenregeling en verduidelijking ontvankelijkheidseisen enquêteprocedure(Wagevoe,  Stb. 2024, 174)
is met ingang van 1 januari 2025 (Stb, 2024, 175) in werking getreden.De Wagevoe introduceert een aantal belangrijke wijzigingen in de geschillenregeling voor aandeelhouders en verduidelijkt daarnaast de voorwaarden voor de toegang tot het enquêterecht voor kapitaalverschaffers en beursvennootschappen. Het doel van de Wagevoe is voornamelijk het efficiënter inrichten van de geschillenregeling en de effectiviteit daarvan.
