El pasado 30 de diciembre de 2024, el Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior para 2025, las cuales buscan implementar determinadas medidas con el objeto de optimizar la recaudación fiscal en México y ampliar los estándares de cumplimiento en la materia. Estas Reglas estarán vigentes del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2025.

El conocimiento oportuno e íntegro de tales disposiciones se considera fundamental para garantizar un cumplimiento normativo robusto por parte de los sujetos involucrados en el comercio exterior mexicano, pudiendo impactar en la planeación estratégica, costos operativos y gestión de riesgos de las empresas. A continuación, los cambios más relevantes de estas Reglas para 2025 con respecto a las disposiciones aplicables al año anterior:
